I was born and raised in Finland, and always had a passion for food and a dream of coming to America. I try and bring that European quality for food design with the American warmth & hospitality for each customer to make every event special.

I bring over 25 years of experience in the food business, from serving at some of Tulsa's finest food establishments and now as chef & owner of my namesake business, Aila's Catering, for the past 19 years.
